Construction Updates

Upcoming construction activities at 110 W Main Street:

• Whiting-Turner and Form 44 are continuing exterior siding at the four buildings.
• Pool construction along Main Street/southwest corner of property will begin on 4/30/25.
• We will have one or two concrete pours the week of 5/5 utilizing the encroachment in the west side alley and potentially some parking spots on Bleeker Street. 
• Whiting-Turner is planning on bringing in the last elevator for the hotel the week of 5/19/25, this will be a one-to-two-day activity that will require reserving all parking spots on south side of Bleeker Street. Driving access on Bleeker Street will remain open and we will have traffic control in place. Exact dates will be provided once confirmed.

Construction update for 110 W Main Street:

• Whiting-Turner and Form 44 will resume exterior finishes on all four buildings. This will continue until completed for the next few months. 
  • This will include working a majority of Saturdays during the approved working hours. 
• Pool construction in the southwest corner of the property is slated to begin construction in the next two to four weeks. 
• The project site is going to start having significantly more deliveries, these should be able to be maintained within site fence, but we will reach out to the city and obtain permits as necessary for any needs outside of our site fence.
