About the Project

Within walking distance to Aspen Mountain Ski Resort and the Aspen Core, the White Elephant Hotel in Aspen is the newest location of the White Elephant branded hotel. Other locations of this boutique hotel consist of Nantucket Island and Palm Beach, Florida.

The White Elephant Aspen will include three luxury free market chalets and a 54-room hotel with various layouts that include fireplaces, balconies and high-end finishes. The amenities include a grand lobby, ski storage, fitness center, restaurant and bar, outdoor dining patio, and pool.

Whiting-Turner is the general contractor for construction of the White Elephant Hotel Aspen and Form 44 Construction is the general contractor for the three chalets with an estimated completion date of Summer 2025.
